01Eligibility

To register and use slotsplus, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or currently located in the Philippines.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law or regulation.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has voluntarily requested exclusion from the platform.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted.

slotsplus reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

02Account Registration and Security

When creating your slotsplus account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your details if anything changes after registration.

• Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure without notice.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Account access is protected by OTP-based verification. Keep your registered mobile number up to date.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• slotsplus uses SSL encryption across all sessions to protect your data in transit.

03Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on slotsplus are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no foreign currency conversions applied to standard deposits or withdrawals.

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, GCash, and Maya. These are subject to change — check your account dashboard for currently available options.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on slotsplus under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your balance once confirmed by the relevant payment channel. Processing times vary by method.
• Withdrawals require a fully verified account. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• slotsplus reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the deposit and withdrawal sections of your account.

Funds deposited to your slotsplus account must be used for gaming purposes. The platform does not operate as a financial institution, and your account is not a bank account or e-wallet.

04Gameplay and Bets

All games and betting markets available on slotsplus — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, and eBingo — are subject to the following conditions:

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round or event is underway.
• All game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified systems. Results are final once a round settles.
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay — including disconnections, system faults, or incomplete rounds — bets may be voided and stakes returned at the platform's discretion.
• For sports betting: if an event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying period has been completed, bets on affected markets may be voided. Specific rules vary by sport and market type.
• slotsplus reserves the right to void bets that are placed using clearly erroneous odds or pricing resulting from a technical fault.

Winnings from settled games and bets are credited directly to your slotsplus PHP balance and can be used for further play or withdrawn subject to verification requirements.

05Promotions and Bonuses

slotsplus may offer promotional bonuses, cashback offers, or other incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer on the Promotions page. Those specific terms take precedence over these general conditions.
• Promotions are available only to eligible, verified account holders. slotsplus reserves the right to exclude accounts from promotional offers.
• Only one account per player may claim any given promotion. Attempts to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitute a violation of these Terms.
• slotsplus does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any promotion. Offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the conditions set out in the individual promotion terms.

06Responsible Gaming

• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing other players or slotsplus staff.
• Attempting to access the accounts or personal data of other players.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the slotsplus platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of slotsplus or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any slotsplus content without prior written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios.
• The slotsplus brand name and related marks may not be used in connection with any third-party service without authorisation.

09Limitation of Liability

slotsplus provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim for consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• slotsplus is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform, payment processing delays outside our control, or force majeure events.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• The platform does not guarantee any specific gaming outcome. All games involve chance, and losses are a normal part of gaming.
• Our total liability to any individual player is limited to the value of funds held in their verified account at the time a claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10Account Termination

Either you or slotsplus may close an account at any time, subject to the following:

• If you wish to close your account, contact support at [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after identity verification.
• slotsplus may suspend or permanently close an account where a breach of these Terms is established, where fraud or prohibited conduct is detected, or where required by law or regulation.
• On closure for cause, slotsplus reserves the right to withhold pending balances pending investigation and to report relevant information to appropriate authorities.
• Players who have self-excluded cannot request account reinstatement during their exclusion period.

11Changes to These Terms

slotsplus may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of the slotsplus platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account before the change takes effect.
